以我司浪潮设备为例
输入rmmod ixgbe（ixgbe为驱动名）卸载驱动
modprobe ixgbe allow_unsupported_sfp=1重新加载驱动（ixgbe为驱动名）安装驱动
输入ip a检查
输入 ip link set up ethx（指网卡号）启动网卡
